The experience with the salesman was great, however we waited several hours before we could sign the final paperwork.
Decent experience, we went back to go our check book and the sales guy said he would have all the paperwork done. Told us we would be in and out after we got. We stayed later then promised. The sales guy said he was going to go fill up the tank for us but did not. It was late and the the whole places was closing so didn’t make a stink about it.

We came in with an idea of what we wanted. John listened to our wants and found the vehicle that fit us! We left in a brand new KIA. Well at least my husband did. I got stuck with the old one. Our daughter recommended going to you and we are happy we listened.

Great to work with. Listened to what I wanted and did not seem pushy about it. The only dislike I had was the wait. However, I was aware that I went on the weekend right before the tariffs kick in so I expected it to be busy. Bonus was that Dave knew I was in a hurry so he did help speed things along.

Did most of my paper work online which saved around 30 minutes. Process was pretty quick and easy. Waiting time for finance & car was around a hour though because they were busy. Still had a good experience. Was recommended by a family, and I too would recommended.
The wait to get in for an oil change was less than 2 weeks and the customer service in the service area was great, from the time I pulled up my car to the time it was done.
I wish they would have asked me which type of oil I wanted. I wanted synthetic but conventional oil was used. Plus I asked for $10 discount and didn't receive that either.
their service is great for the most part. I’ve never been there for a long time when they say oil change it’s usually done and very short time. Also, you get to look at all the new cars lots of fancy ones.

The service during the sales process was great. Kudos to all the staff. We ran into a problem in actually getting our car. One item needed to be repaired. There appeared to be a lack of communication between the service department and our sales rep, resulting in us not knowing what was going on for a couple of days. Frustrating.

Great experience working with Lucas. We test drove several vehicles and he helped me understand the subtle differences between them. He took the time to explain the different options and packages so I could understand what each vehicle had. He also helped me evaluate their full inventory to find the right vehicle. He also made sure everything went well throughout the entire purchase process, including the financing.

I’m pretty new to this car so it’s a learning curve for me. So far I haven’t found anything I don’t love about it. I love how quiet it is. It accelerates fast if needed. Rides very smoothly. It is a great car. So happy I waited to get the color I wanted and had a great experience buying it.

Jeff Belzer’s dealership runs like a well oiled clock. Starting with the delightful Trisha LeMieux, who answered all of my texted questions within minutes, to the end of the process, everyone who we worked with was delightful. I don’t think we could have found a better price anywhere else for our brand new Carnival and I also received a higher trade value than I expected for my Honda Civic. I will be going straight back to Jeff Belzers if I’m ever in the market for a brand new vehicle in the future.
We purchased a 2025 KIA Sportage Hybrid. Overall experience was very good. We didn't feel pressured. All of our questions were answered and we didn't feel like we asked a dumb question. I was surprised no one covered how to wash a car with a matt finish. Knowing you need to hand wash a vehicle with a special matt finish wash would have been good to know before purchasing the vehicle. Once you get an appointment I really like their service. Getting the appointment is awful. On three different occasions I have made an appointment online for oil and lube service. In all three cases i showed up to find that i didn’t have an appointment.
