Lakeville Brewing Company

While it may seem like Lakeville Brewing Company is all about beer, its food menu is its unsung hero and includes the highest-rated burgers in the area. Red Fox Tavern is the best-kept secret in the South Metro area. Nearly all of its food is sourced locally from Elko, Lakeville, and Ellsworth, and all ingredients are delivered fresh daily. Its 15 farmhouse burgers consist of hand-pressed beef, turkey, or bison patties locally sourced from Grazing Acres and are cooked to your liking and served on a brioche bun.

Try the Tar Heel, a beef patty with bacon, pulled pork, house-made barbecue sauce, and cheddar cheese. Or go for the Red Fox, a beef patty topped with house-made macaroni, Swiss cheese, and buffalo sauce. All burgers are served with a side of kettle chips, buffalo chips, French fries, tots, a side salad, creamy coleslaw, or soup of the day.

Are you a heat-seeker? Try the Inferno: Cajun-seasoned meat is seared to your liking, then topped with jalapeño bacon, sautéed jalapeño, shredded lettuce, tomato, and red onion, then smothered in buffalo sauce and melted pepper jack cheese.
